Under Monthly Rental service, qualified Tenants are provided the opportunity to rent a property and pay on monthly basis. Advance deposit is not required. Properties listed for monthly rental have the label ‘Monthly’ indicated on them.
Normal Rental
This offers the normal rental arrangement-where we advertise properties and you get to pay (either 1, 2 or 5 years) advance deposit demanded by landlords. In this case, our job is just to connect you with a property in collaboration with other agents.
